Kindergarten through 8th grade, will be 30 minutes of instruction, skills, and drills, followed by 30 minutes of scrimmage 

Players are placed into groups according to number of athletes and age level

Pre-register online OR pop in and play

High school, college, and adult athletes are welcome to play

All experience levels welcome (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

This is strictly open play/open field, and there will not be any structured coaching

Limited adult sticks will be available to borrow

Middle School League 

Players are placed onto team according to age level. They will get 25 minutes of instruction on skills and rules, and will end with a scrimmage against other teams.
